STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL HEALTH?
HELP & SUPPORT
If you are experiencing any form of mental health problems or need urgent support, there are many resources available to help you.
Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will suffer from a mental illness at some point in their life. This means that these issues occur very frequently and we should be aiming to resolve that.
Many of us are often brought up to believe we should avoid voicing our emotions, or that we should feel ashamed if we are sad, angry or lonely. This makes it feel incredibly difficult to ask for help and raises a stigma around mental health problems. If you suspect you or a friend is suffering from mental illness, please seek advice from a professional. Often, the first step to recovery is to talk to someone.

You are not alone. Speak to someone you trust.
