IT MIGHT SEEM LIKE IT IS EASIER TO KEEP NEGATIVE THOUGHTS TO YOURSELF, BUT THAT CAN BE DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH. FIND SOMEONE YOU TRUST AND TALK TO THEM.

SIMILARLY, IF YOU SUSPECT A FRIEND IS GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME, ASSURE YOU ARE THERE FOR THEM AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO SPEAK OUT.

WHILST THIS IS OFTEN THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS GETTING BETTER, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THERE IS NO SHAME IN ALSO SEEKING HELP FROM A PROFESSIONAL.
